I can't answer your question, but if you search for Oscar Brown and ask the quesiton from his website you could ask a local. There is a marketplace near the ship that has wonderful vendors.

 

I never thought a port would be closed when a cruise ship was in port, but when we were in Monte Carlo almost all of the town was shut down for All Souls Day. Really hard to believe a cruise line would go to a port if they knew the town was closed. :rolleyes:
