Why not get a passport and not have to worry about all these rules. This way you can cruise ANYWHERE!!

They article incorrectly said: "Passport Cards are Department of Homeland Security-issued limited use passports reduced down to wallet card size,..."

Passport cards are issued by the Department of State, Not DHS.

Also, it doesn't mention anything about kids. I hope I am correct, but when I checked on the US Passport site, it mentions something about a loophole for 16 years and younger, only needing a Birth Ciertificate. Is this correct?

I wish they would do away with all the exceptions. All it does is create confusion.

I also don't understand why it is so difficult to just get a passport. Solves all potential problems.
