Country Inn Elizabeth- shuttle to port experience

We are booked at Country Inn for our June sailing to Bermuda-

Normally, we book private transportation to ship when we cruise from Miami or Fort Lauderdale--

This is the first time we are sailing from Cape Liberty--

We booked the package to include transportation to the pier--

First let me say that for this cruise-- we don't feel the need to be the first ones to show up at pier-- so if shuttle leaves a little later- we are ok with that- no stress----

I just want to hear responses from people whether there were any real problems just using the shuttle service provided from the Country Inn, or if it worked out ok.
