Taxi from Pointe du Bout to Ti Plage

Does anyone have an idea how much a taxi would be to go from Pointe du Bout to Ti Plage Beach Bar/Restaurant and whether the bar/restaurant is open for lunch (I know it is for dinner)? Do they take reservations? Do they have a web site?

You'll find taxis in Pointe du Bout next to the Kalenda hotel. I don't know how much they'll ask to go to Ti'plage but it's not very far.
