Caribbean Princess Specialty Dining

We are sailing the British Isles on Caribbean Princess this summer and wanted to get information on specialty dining. How soon can we make reservations, and which specialty restaurant do you recommend?

You can make reservations as soon as you get on board, either by going to the actual restaurant or calling the DINE line.

If you like Steak & Chops then the Crown Grill. If you like Italian, then Sabatini's. You may also like the Crab Shack, which is buckets of shell fish. The Crab Shack is held some evenings in a closed off buffet seating area.

No reservations before you board. You can only make reservations once on board.

We've sailed the Caribbean Princess, and love the Crown Grill. Sabitini's is also very good.

Anyone have suggestions what nights to do specialty restaurants? We are going on the 6 Days Western Caribbean on the Caribbean Princess. We have never tried the specialty restaurants and would love to use some of our OBC to experience them!
