Poesia Sailing 2/17/10 (not)

On August 13, 2008 we booked an 10 night cruise on the MSC Poesia, sailing the Southern Caribbean. We have been watching MSC's website to see if the cruise has been listed there to no avail. We had called our travel agent earlier this year and she called MSC and they said yes it was sailing, even tho it was not listed anywhere.....today we called the travel agent again. She called MSC again and the cruise has been canceled, they just have not got around to notifying all of the people yet! How hard is it to do a mass mailing to their customers? Anyone planning to sail to the Caribbean for 10 nights February 17th to the 27th better call their travel agent to request a refund of their deposit and make plans on another cruise line! This surely does not make me want to book another cruise with MSC seeing that was our first experience with them. We have cruised 23 times and never had a problem with any of the other lines before! :mad:
