Suggestions for Mobile After our Cruise?

We will be getting off the Fantasy on a Saturday in mid-April. Our flight doesn't leave MOB until 5:20 p.m. Any suggestions? Don't know if we need to rent a car for the day or if there is any one local that offers half day tours with dropoff at airport? Suggestions on what to see and do? Good places to eat?

The USS Alabama is a nice tour and if you show them a Carnival boarding pass you get a little off your admission.

The Mobile history museum and Fort Conde are two blocks from the terminal and are worth visiting.

Gulfquest National Maritime Museum. Right next to the cruise terminal. Kinda looks like a ship if you've been hitting the crack.

Yes. It's open Wed-Sat with reduced admission and free parking. It was a great idea with abysmal execution. Maybe they can make it work this time.
