Miami Staggered Check In

We are sailing Splendor in DEc and the last time we sailed her they didn't have staggered check in. We have the 10:30 am slot. How smooth does this new process go in Miami? What time does actual boarding start for regular passengers? We're trying to decide what time we should arrive. Thanks!
