Our first Regent cruise was on Navigator a few years ago, and it was also our first cruise on any line. The steward in the Connoisseur Club (Nixon) learned my name on my first night on board and was one of the most engaging crew members I've yet encountered. He went out of his way to make my voyage a pleasant one, and I enjoyed being "Mister Bill" for a week and a half. Nixon was probably one of the more personable people we've met so far, I don't know if we paid more attention since that was our first cruise, but either way, we've never run into anyone rude or unprofessional on Regent. Some are more involved than others, but all have done fine in my book.

Navigator still holds a special place in my heart.
