Florida homeport bus route 2, info needed

We're booked on HAL on a 20 day B2B & our Friends are joining us for the second half of the cruise..

They will be using the "FL RT 2 Homeport Bus" which originates in Tampa..It's scheduled to depart Ft. Myers approx 7:45 a.m. & makes one stop in Naples at 8:30, before crossing Alligator Alley (I75)...On their Cruise Itinerary, the schedule shows it arriving at the pier in Ft. Lauderdale between 11:30 & 1: 30..

That seems like a very long time.:confused:..When we leave Ft. Myers at 9:a.m. we generally can be at the pier by 11:30 as long as there is no accident on the Alley..

Does anyone know which route the Bus takes crossing over to Ft. Lauderdale from Naples & does it normally arrive by 11:30?
