Skiathos

Good day everyone. Has anyone been to Skiathos? Was hoping for some opinions/thoughts on this little island that looks like a gem. Thanks!

Hi - I haven't been to Skiathos yet but will be there soon. The research I've done suggests that the beaches are great but what I'd really like to do is visit the old town of Il Kastro - but it seems you need a Jeep to get there. I wonder if a local would be willing to do a Jeep tour for us (from the seaport not the airport)?
