Changes to NCL CAS Program April 1 2017

So rather than sorting through your room account and trying to pick out food credit and spa credit, the casino now just dumps an OBC on your account that you can use for food, shore excursions, spa, gift shops, etc. Saves them a lot of time and effort. If you work with the casino hosts, based on play, they will still go through your account on the last night and find items they will comp for you.

Did they have restrictions on what the $200 non refund. OBC could be used for? Do you know if it could be used in the gift shops?

 

 

With our Platinum Plus benefits and SDP, there really aren't a lot of other things I expect to need OBC for. Thanks for the update!

Our b2b (just back 4/30!) and our OBC could be used for gift shop, jewelry store, photos, etc. I think the only restriction was for service charges or GAMBLING! lol We left about $2000 on the table as we could not SPEND it all!
