I was wondering if there will be a variety of hot teas available in the dining room during meals. I like to have tea after dinner and also enjoy it with breakfast. However, I like to have some variety - not just Lipton black tea. Can anyone tell me if they have different varieties available and is it higher quality tea, such as Tazo or Stash? I am trying to decide if I should pack my own.

I am a tea lover too. They do have different varieties in the MDR. I am particular about my tea so I bring my own Stash's English Breakfast tea for the morning when we have breakfast out on the balcony.

So you just order hot water from room service? I would like to bring my tea also but wondering how that would work.

If, by chance, you are in a JS or above, you will have a coffe and tea maker in your room.

If I remember correctly, they do have a decent variety of teas. I normally drink coffee in the mornings, but I do like tea in the afternoons.
I've been drinking very gourmet tea lately, and I've been totally spoiled by it, so I'll probably stick with coffee on our next cruise (I remember it being very good on RCI). |

Thanks good idea. Not in a jr suite, just a balcony with no perks!

They have a big assortment of teas--Lipton black/pekoe is the minority...(that's what hubby likes, and it wasn't in the forefront of the offerings!)

Yes. The JS comes with a coffee/tea maker and several flavors of Tazo tea.

You can get hot water and various teabags from sorrentos or the windjammer - whichever is nearest.
Paper cups or plastic mugs - I like to take my china cup - talk about a fussy tea jenny. lol |
