When you get on the ship will they give you a map of the decks?

It has been over 10 year since I have cruises on Carnival.... My last cruise on Royal they did, but I can't remeber after 10 years if Carnival did. Sorry.

Yes, but if for some reason you don't get one you can pick one up by the purser's desk.

You're welcome!! No problem. I felt better when I got on the ship knowing where certain places(BARS) are. The deck plan they give you when you get on the ship you need a magnifying glass to read and there not very detailed.

I think you should continue posting your questions and those that don't like you starting threads should feel free not to open them. Your enthusiasm for your upcoming cruise is absolutely understood by many of us and just don't let the others ruin it.
It feels like the grinch came early to ccwhotown, but they need to remember this is a PUBLIC forum and they are not the moderators, if there is someone getting annoyed by others posting too much then move on, don't open the threads.
And even to the grinches, hope your holiday sweetens everything up!!!

I have to agree with "Casino Player" and "Name Of The Game". You shouldn't post questions just to post, especially when you know the answer. Even though it has been 10 years, do you really think they would stop giving out maps? Then what? Everyone walks around aimlessly asking any staff member in site directions to everywhere....

I'm a frequent Princess passenger, I have never cruised Carnival. On Princess, I have never seen a map at check in or at the Purser's Desk.

Princess gives out cards that show a cross section of the ship with notes as to what is located on each deck, but no map. The "maps" with the actual deck plans are mounted all over the ship on the walls.
