Question Barcelona Cruise Treminal

Anyone know which terminal The Voyager sails from? We are on her 9/13, and was curious. Thanks.

Hi! I have a question about Mol Adossat. Our cruise the NCL Gem sailing in september apparently sails from this terminal. I was planning on taking a taxi from the hotel to the terminal- I heard about a shuttle in the terminal that takes you directly to the ship. Should I reach the terminal and transfer to the shuttle? or does the taxi take me directly to the ship?
Thank you!
P.

The shuttle runs from the Columbus Column.

It costs 2 EUR per person...

For this "little" money more you can ask the cab driver to take you just in front of the baggage drop at the cruise terminal...

In our 4-day stay in Barcelona, we could not find a good Chinese restaurant. We were told that the Barcelona "Chinatown" was located at Fondo (at the end of metro L1). We went there but again we were disapoointed. The soup noodle that we had was not exactly what we expected.

Just curious. Why would you want Chinese food in Barcelona?

Be sure to drink some Sangria, eat some Paella, & start with tapas! You can't go wrong!

At the risk of being a nuisance too......can you please tell me which terminal NCL Jade will depart from on 5 September? Do you tell lthe taxi to take you to the bag drop for the Terminal. Presume you checkin bags then proceed to another checkin? can you easily see where you should do all this? Does the cruise company give you exact checkin details for the relevant cruise or just a departure time and you find it out yourself. Totally new to cruising so excuse these questions if they seem silly or irrelevant. Thanks Glennie

Is there a site that shows where all the ships dock - or at the risk of being another nuisance - where does the HAL Noordam dock on October 19, 2009? Thanks

Sit in the taxi on the right side - once you are crossing the bridge you see all ships in one row:

NCL is mostly using Terminal B at Mol Adossat...

So you will not have any problems to say stop to the driver...

You just drop-off the bags outside behind the white car. There are the porters who accept your baggage and will transfer it to your stateroom.

You will find the departure time in your travel documents.

Mostly you can start to check-in around 10-11 am (although in the documents a later time is stated).

If you are too early at the cruise terminal before check-in starts: drop-off the bags and ask the cab driver to drive you after drop-off to the city center.

After security check of your hand baggage you are in the hall...

Some agents will allocate you to the right counter (depends to you status and category).

So it's not like airport-style: you do not need to carry all your bags to the check-in counter.

So it would not be future Ryanair-Style: you do not carry your big bags yourself to the ship.

Regards,
HeinBloed

At Mol Adossat as well...

The last ship in this row is the ZUIDERDAM.

As Carnival-Company they berth mostly at the Carnival-operated Terminal D. But it may vary if there is more than one Carnival-Ship in town. So you cannot miss it.

HeinBloed
