Several lines offer cruises that include Alaska and Siberia - as segments of World Cruises. They usually start in SE Asia or China, though. Have a look at Princess, for example.

There are no regularly scheduled tours from Alaska to Siberia. It is even hard to get from one to the other by air. Follow Yukon's suggestion with a heap of money in hand to see if you can do it as a segment of a world cruise.

A couple of years ago I thought small companies like Cruises West were offering tours from Western Alaska across to Siberia. Maybe they are not being offered any more. Shame.

Island Princess. The ship actually starts in Vancouver, and ends in Signapore, and various portions are available as a cruise, but you can buy passage between any two of the cities bolded below.
