Default Cane Garden Beach, crowded?

I believe Cane Garden Beach is fairly close to the cruise ship dock. Does anyone know if it becomes over crowded?

It's is not very close.

Bus will take you there in 20 minuts, thru the mountain top (views are gorgeous!!!).

I guess crowdness will depend on how many ships are in port. When we were there last November on Caribbean Princess, P&O Ventura was docked right next to us... and these are two huge ships.. and yes it was crowded (plus water wasn't clear after a strong rain)

We just got back from Tortola and spent the afternoon at Cane Garden Beach. The beach is drop-dead gorgeous. There were plenty of people there, but I did not feel crowded. I would go back in a heartbeat. The taxi ride there is not a trip for the faint-hearted though- but the views are beautiful

Ah, it's just how we remember it from 2 years ago. It is a beautiful beach, the view is spectacular and the surrounding area is so quaint. It's worth the trip.
