Having had a bad experience with smokers in the next door balcony cabin on RCCLs Rhapsody this year, it looks like X, MSC or Thomson will be the only non inside cabins we book in future.

We love HAL -- but have had a couple of very bad incidents -- one was when a woman sat right next to our divider smoking from early morning until late at night. She never could sit on the far side as her husband didn't like the smoke.

Seemed like they never went to any meals as food was always being delivered to their cabin.
