Private Tour Advice

I will be going on the Oceania Marina next year and am interested to know what private tour companies have been used successfully in some Spanish ports - specifically, Seville, Malaga, and also Lisbon,Portugal? I know Oceania offers private/exec tours, but also wonder about price differences.
