need to compare sanitation to norovirus outbreaks
You just can't look at the sanitation report alone, when discussing cruise travel. You need to look at the outbreaks of norovirus (Norfolk) on the ships as well. They might very well be related. All of the hand sanitizers aren't there because the galleys aren't clean. They're there to stop contagion. I suggest you look up the incidences of norovirus outbreaks on board (there was at least 1 this month) and match it with the sanitation reports.
