ok.. you guys keep us posted.. I hope this doesnt keep vessels from calling st. thomas. It would be bad for my cruise.. but way worse for the locals that count on revenue from cruisers.

rules and Regs..
While there are Rules and Regs about pilots etc... St Thomas is a port where the Captains should be able to get in and out on their own... Hope it gets fixed soon
