Curacao- independent day possible?
Hi we are going to be in port in a few weeks and my research seems to indicate that we could easily get off the ship, wander around etc and have a nice day. we are not into the beach. is fort amsterdam, cathedral, synagioue etc all within walking distance?
thanks ps sorry left booking v late so now playmng cath up booking tours and thought this would be a day we could do ourselves!

Yes- There is plenty to do and see within walking distance of the piers. if you google Willemstad you'll find maps of Willemstad to help you plan a walking tour. Have a great cruise. Are you on Princess?

Yep, Willemstad is a great town for walking around and seeing the sights. I love the pontoon bridge!
