Pinel Island Water Boat question

After being to St. Martin many times this time DH and I want to try Pinel Island. I am aware that I can get a taxi right off the pier to take us to Cul de Sac to catch a boat over to Pinel Island.

Does anyone know what time the boat rides over begin in the morning..I read somewhere 10 am but I was hoping to get over sooner.
