PopSail,
"Eco Cruising" is a couple of things. First, it is about discussing eco-tourism based cruising - either typical cruises such as Caribbean/Hawaiian or more rigorous locales (e.g. Antarctic, Galapagos, Alaskan) and related ecological tours such as bird/wildlife watching or hiking/kayaking tours at various ports of call. Second it is about discussing environmentally-friendly cruising, how cruises do (or should) perform in a more environmentally friendly way from waste mangement to alternative energy sources to minimizing impacts to marine wildlife. Hope that helps. |

Thanks PABirder, I came into this category of the forum and asked the same question as PopSail without even seeing they asked it!
