Default Food In The Swaller...............

Howdy Y'all.................

I wanted to post a picture of when Eddie was here in Hog Swaller.

We took him to the same place we took Cindy and Bill last weekend, The Mug 'n Bun Root Beer Drive In.

They "were" famous for their tenderloin samiches - - we ordered one last weekend and were dissappointed to see the economy has hit "The Bun" - the tenderloins have gotten smaller. Use to be they would hang outaside "The Bun!"

Now they are bun size, still large but not the same.............here's Eddie diving into his first ever tenderloin samich and his first ever root-beer -

What food is famous in your area?

Good old Bratwurst. A city about 45 minutes from here has a bratwurst festival every fall. Combine that with sauerkraut.... mmmmmm Good

I can attest to the Mug 'n Bun root beer.

Right now I can't eat anything that isn't basically just protein. I'm on this diet called 'The Dukan Diet'. It's amazing. I've never shed so much fat so quickly since I left Glenn at the airport in San Juan!!

I have lost about 21lb, and it is ALL fat. It's just dropped off me, but my muscle tone has stayed the same and I feel 100% better for it. Anyone who is serious about weight (fat) loss, should be on this diet!

The food is boring but well worth it.

You can always head down to the Swaller and we'll get you a tenderloin (protein/carbs), then head to the track for a Fosters, a carb shock!!!!

Don't fergit the Beano!

Food in the Swaller has been on the lite side lately - it was time for a life style change - AGAIN!!!!

Down about 10 pounds and going to our new Y on a fairly regular basis.

Hope all is well on your end.

No problemo! I've got a few people onto that diet after I lost 30lbs in 2 months. It works a treat, and targets only the fat. I look and feel like a new person.
