Liquor Purchases on Carribean Princess

Are you able to purchase liquor on the ship to take to your room? We were on the Mariner of the Seas in January. You were able to purchase liquor for your room but you had to pay a $9.50 extra for bottle. We will be on the Carribean Princess in October and I was curious.

You can buy it from Room Service and it is cheaper then bon voyage prices.

We did this as soon as we got on board in July and will do the same next week!!!

We did too. We've had very nice experiences with room service on the Caribbean Princess; very prompt.

Yes, you can purchase liquor via room service. The cost will be higher than what you will pay in port, but not excessive. I ordered one bottle the first evening on the ship and then purchased additional bottles as needed in the duty free stores during port calls. In my experience room service is prompt and effecient: they said it would be delivered in 30-45 minutes and it actually arrived in about 10 minutes.
