Wow they already have 280+ post on the Valor since it started in April. I subscribed to it but haven't posted yet. On one of the earlier post there was a concern about Malaria in Dominica Republic so I guess I need to start looking through the post for the good talk on excursions.

I'm sure if there was a chance of Malaria, the ship wouldn't dock there. On my very first cruise, we were supposed to go to Trinidad but they had an outbreak of Yellow Fever so we went to Grenada instead.

Hello Everyone!!! although it appears to be only Richard

My cruise with Isabel is coming up - less than 4 weeks away!!! We have been very excited and now are even more excited because Susan is joining us, as is Jane & Chuck and Mike & Debbie and a friend of theirs, Cindy!!

Those of you on the Dream with us will know Jane & Chuck and Mike & Debbie were on the Dream the 2nd week!!

We are going to have sooooo much fun!!

Richard, I understand you have booked your's and Isabel's cruise for March 2012!! How exciting is that!! Going on the Valor - March 3rd??
What kind of cabin did you end up getting and who is all going!!

You do realize that you will be back in time to still join us on our cruise to Hawaii

FYI Everyone - with flights being so expensive these days, Amtrak may be a good alternative. My friends from North Carolina and Susan as well, got really reasonable prices to take the train to Miami!!! All 6 of them are going on the same train - can you imagine what fun they are going to have!!!!!!
They are now known as the choo choo group!!

TFoCoR&S GANG (also known as The Friends of Chuck on Rail & Sea) will probably forever scar the good name of AMTRAK and will indoctrinate poor Susan in to the beliefs of CHUCK.

Annette make sure TURTLE gets indoctrinated into The Friends of Chuck so she will have stories (and pictures)to tell me when she gets home.

She sucked up all my days because --- get this we are going to the beach in December. So what do you normally do at the beach --- swim Not in cold water.

Going to the beach in December isn't so bad. Twice now I have gone to Myrtle Beach over New Years and I have loved it. Sure, it is too cold to swim but I just love being by the ocean!!! Long walks on the beach, listening to the waves and just relaxing!! Wonderful!!! I'm sure you will have a great time!!
