There is a coffee/smoothie/ice cream place right at the pier that has free wifi. I think it's called Polly's. There definitely were signs out front that advertised the free wifi. I think there is a picture of a bulldog on the sign too.

Yes, I saw that, people were using their computers there. The network was locked, so I assume a purchase was required.
