Nice, France Hotel or B & B recommendations

We are looking for ideas about where to stay in Nice for four nights pre-cruise. We are interested in either a hotel, a B & B or a rental apartment in Nice. In the past we have stayed at the Palais Maeterlinck which now is just condos just outside of Nice, and in the Chateau de la Chevre d'Or in Eze. This time we want to be in Nice proper.
