Bora Bora Yacht Cruise Company

Can anyone tell me if Bora Bora Cruises are still going?

I can find their WEB site but the details listed are for 2008.

If they have been taken over where can I get details of thier yacht cruises.

I note one of the yachts was recently sold to Paul Gaugin Cruise Line
