Default Sushi on Legend

I do love Sushi and drive 40 minutes north into Ontario for my fix now and then. On our last two cruises the sushi was just awful, tepid, tasteless, etc.. was wondering if anyone had better luck on the Carnival Legend lately?

I don't like sushi but I liked it on Legend. I also didn't know it's supposed to be other than room temp. I had to remember to get a fork and take it with me. I was no good with the chopsticks.

On the Legend, the sushi is mostly rolls with cooked fish/veggies inside. There may be some cooked shrimp nigirizushi. I don't recall any sashimi or even salmon or tuna nigiri. Nevertheless, we ate it everynight before dinner. The sushi on the Dream was much more varied and did include salmon and tuna and eel. But the Dream had a larger dedicated sushi venue.
