We, two, are on this cruise. Have sailed Celebrity and Princess but never RC. Where do you suggest we check for price reduction? Have checked several sites and havefound that the price has risen. Thanks for your help.

Usually on cruises longer than 1 week, the average age is higher, but since this is a cruise during a holiday period and a lot of younger families with kids on school vacation do tend to travel then. I don't think you will be disapointed in the mix of ages on this cruise.

Muriel is from St Paul & Harvey is from Detroit--but we have been gone from the cold weather over 40 years. We now live in Boynton Beach, Fl( just between Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach).

I also agree with harvey. I am off of school until 1/10 as are a lot of people due to school breaks!

THerefore, this would be your best bet to find younger people on this cruise.

Great found some folks on the same cruise.... I agree about the age, around the holidays it should be a mix. I will be sailing with my daughter (15) and this is our 4th cruise, 3rd during holiday season. We do our mother daughter vacation during that time and the crowd is usually mixed. Hope to see "Yall"

I have a few pictures of our last cruise posted on our website at david-lori.com. please understand that i am no webmaster. hope to see you all onboard. If you have any questions that i can answer, feel free to ask. Dave & Lori

hi dean, we were on same cruise earlier. very few young people. if fact, one young lady, about 10 yrs, confided to us that she was really tired of everyone telling her how cute she was. I think it was probably grandmas and grandpas lonelyfor the grandkids.

Smile Christmas boat parade

For those of you who come to Ft. Lauderdale, before the cruise, be sure to take in the X-mas boat parade along the intracostal waterway. There are also lots of other holday attractions to see. Once I get the dates of all the festivities, I will post on this site.

Hi ed and pam, hope to see you onboard. I see that you are cruising the inside passage to alaska in August. We took a similar cruise on the Carnival Spirit. You will love it. Bon Voyage, and see you on the Legend. Dave & Lori.

Question how old???

Just a matter of curiosity here...how old is everyone here, I mean, of the people who have replied, how old are y'all? An exact number isn't needed, just a general age range is cool.

To answer my own question...I'm 21 and loving every minute of it (minus the hangovers, j/k).

Jessi (counting down the days and looking forward to a real vacation over Christmas Break!!!)
