huh, if it makes you feel any better my kness can do the same thing to me. I was also starting to have back problems before I retired from being a keeper as well. I can happily say though now both have greatly improved since then.

Since I stopped being a zookeeper I've found that my knees have improved too.

Default I haven't been a zookeeper

But I am a mankeeper. I think I should stop right there. Nope, not going to mention my knees.

With Bob and all your dogs, what makes you think you're not a zookeeper?

It's a good thing you stopped when you did. That whole mankeeper thing is sort of troubling.

And here's something that has always bothered me. There's a caretaker, and a caregiver. You would think they would be opposites. Right? One gives, the other takes. But yet they're almost identical. Also, does a house burn down or does it burn up? And what, exactly, is a mankeeper? Sorta like a bookkeeper? Which was always one of my favorite words because it has three consecutive double letters. And am I rambling?

MANKEEPER. That always makes me think of MANKIND which always makes me think of the Jack Handy quote:

Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: “Mankind.” Basically, it’s made up of two separate words-”mank” and “ind.” What do these words mean? It’s a mystery, and that’s why so is mankind.

Oh that Jack.

And why do we eat in a dining room and dine in an eatery?

Maybe that doesn't work, but I'm young and new at these games. But let me anywhere near a fallopian tube and I'll really show you something.

Nice try, but I think you'd be better off letting the grown-ups handle the word games.

Trudy: I'm starting to get worried. Jan just told me that rambling was one of the early signs of cognitive impairment. Also forgetting or messing up people's names. There were other signs, too, but I forget.
