Default Drinks in cabin

We are 1st time cruisers going on the epic in may..Wondering if you take drinks from the bar back to our cabin..Its prob a silly question but we really have no idea...

Sure, it's the other way around they frown upon (taking drinks made with your own liquor out of your cabin). You can also call room service and have drinks delivered right to your cabin.

You sure can. We do it often. We also had a bottle of wine brought to us in our cabin and sat on the balcony and watched the scenery go by.

We often get a nightcap from a bar on our way back to our room. There is no problem walking around with drinks on the ship.

Sure you can. You didn't ask, but you may think about this, too -- you can also bring food back to your cabin (and of course there is room service - there will be a menu in your cabin, and the food from the menu is part of your cruise fare)

I've cruised on Princess, Carnival, HAL,
NCL, Hurtigruten and a couple of even smaller lines in the past. HAL is (for now) my favorite!

You can take drink and food pretty well anywhere you want. Just think of the ship as your giant house that you share with lots of other people.
