Tourist Card For Panama

I hope you can help us out. Me and my wife along with her parents are on the 3/24 Caldera to Colon trip on Wind Star. We were wondering when and how did you get the $5 Panama Tourist Card US visitors are supposed to have. I found how how you get it if you are flying into Panama, but nothing about arriving by ship. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
