Silversea Cruise 5/1/12 Monte Carlo to Southhampton

Our cruise starts in Monte Carlo and ends in Southhampton, England with stops in Mallorca, Cadiz, LaCoruna and Bilbao, Spain as well as Portimao, Portugal and Bordeaux, France. I would appreciate any recommendations for sightseeing, places of interest and restaurants for lunch. This is also our first Silversea cruise so any tips would be very welcome.
