If we're talking about the same company (totaltravelinsurance.com) they're not an insurance company. They're one of hundreds of comparison sites out there like insuremytrip, squaremouth, etc.
They say "Compare Every Major Insurance Company" but they don't represent CSA, Access America, Travel Insured and several other what I would call "major insurance companies" so if you use them for comparing plans you are missing some very important options.
I used their quote form and for a cruise leaving in a couple of months the only option they presented to me was Patriot TRIP. Now there's nothing wrong with Patriot TRIP but how can you call yourself a comparison site featuring "Every Major Insurance Company" and give me only that choice?
