cruise ship arriving easter day. what is open/closed?

I understand on most Sundays business shut down in the early afternoon.

Then even more are shut down on Easter Sunday.

With a cruise ship arriving on a Easter Sunday how much would that change things?

In particular will local rental car companies and ferry services be running all day?

My guess if you searched long and hard enough you could find places open for the necessities (food, gas, taxis, etc)
