Default Looking for an AI beach area with more adults than kids

I'll be in Cozumel from 1PM-10PM in August and am starting to look into how we should spend our day. I'm reading a lot about places like Mr. Sancho's and Nachi Cocum (hopefully those are spelled right). Ideally we want an all inclusive deal that includes alcohol and all food, and sitting on a pretty beach. But, we do want to avoid large crowds - maybe impossible, I know.

I know some places have water games/toys and those places will have more kids - we're trying to avoid that. Can anyone recommend places that are geared more towards adults than kids?

We went to Nachi Cocum last March and, to me, this is a more adult place. We had 3 young adults with us (18-21) and they loved it. Very few small children. In fact, I don't remember seeing any. They only allow 100 people so everyone is very spread out on the beach and not crowded together. The beach is beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Nachi is your best bet. Very quiet and more adult driven because they do not have all the toys for kids. They do have jet skis and parasailing available at an extra cost. Great place to go to relax, beach, pool, swim up bar, great servers, clean facility. you can't go wrong..

Nachi closes at 5 so it would not be worth the $50 each for just a few hours.

same here. 3 couples (late 20's-30's) want to have fun in cozumel without tons of kids around. we may do a dune buggy tour butthats up in the air. if not we 'd like to find a place for the guys to some snorkeling while the girls can relax and then maybe get massage and do some drinking (of course).

We loved Nachi. Nice beach, not too crowded, quiet, great bar and good food. Totally worth the $50!

Default No Time for Nachi

Nachi is nice, but you won't have enough time to get there and enjoy it. By the time you get off the ship and walk to the cab area it will be 1:30, and a 1 minute ride to nachi puts you there at 1:45 which only gives you 3 hours max to enjoy the place. To me $50 for 3 hours is a bit much.

We just spent a week in Cozumel and stayed at the Aura. Adults only, no kids. If you want a very quiet, and I mean very quiet and laid back place then give this place try. Good food and drinks, nice pool, snorkling ( not the best but something to do) and did I mention, no kids. It is small but wonderful. You can walk down the beach to the beach clubs with all the water toys and every single one seemed way to crowded to me.
