I know you have to have first and last names for non sailing guests. But do I have to include middle names!

Carnival's form requires the first and last names of non-sailing guests, as well as date of birth and ID type and number. Hope this helps!

We never used our middle names on NCL
EDIT: Just found out... If it is on your other documents or you have a common name it would be a good idea to use them.
