I've been reading these boards and am just a little confused about all the transportation options in Seattle. What is an inexpensive way to get from a downtown Seattle hotel to Pier 91. I don't think the monorail or train goes directly to the pier, so is it best just to get a cab? Do you have an estimated cost of the cab ride per person. Thank you very much for any tips!

Pier 91 is 4-5 miles north of downtown Seattle, 10 minute ride. A cab is the easiest option; have a morning visit to the Market, pick up some flowers for your room then check out of your hotel and head to the pier. The fare will be around $15 for the cab, not pp
