Best Parking lot in Aix en Provence?

We are rental a car from La Seyne Sur Mer and driving to Aix en Provence. I read that it is hard to find the parking. Can anyone recommend the good parking lot and possible the address? What is the rate for parking?

After we park a car, can we walk to town or we need to take a shuttle bus?
