Can't decide if we want to do Royal Palms or take an excusion to Stingray City. If we go to the Palms, should we take the bus or a taxi? There will probably be at least 4 of us and maybe 6. All adults. Are there costs involved at Royal Palms? Can you take your own snacks and drinks?
If we decide to do a shore excursion instead can I get some feed back on recommendations for stingray city? Thanks for any advice you can give me. |

Hi Pam
I am just in the research stage myself so don't have first hand experience but have just read another thread where another member posted that their family did both Stingray City and then spent the afternoon at Royal Palms. That thread also has great pictures of Stingray City. Follow this link: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1614211

I have no experience with Royal Palms, but stingray city is big fun. There are lots of great tour providers. Just about ANYONE other than a ship excursion will be great. lol. That said, i have gone with Captain Marvin 3 times, and we have always had a great experience. I would say no more than 20 people aboard any of those times, at the most.
