bcn.travel private tour?

Has anyone used BCN.travel (www.bcn.travel) for a Barcelona tour? I am traveling with a Girl Scout group, so our budget is modest, and BCN's price for a private minibus tour looks good (there are 12 of us). If you've taken a tour with them, can you tell me if all went well? Thanks!

(Side note: I lost my previous Cruise Critic user name when I changed computers and couldn't remember it...first post under this name, but not a total newbie!)
