Default Question for a Seattle expert

We have one day in Seattle before we head to Vancouver for our cruise. We would like to see the following. Can you please tell us if it is possible to really do this in one day, and what is the best way to get to each place (without a car).

Thanks!

We are staying at the Inn at the Market near Pike's Market.

Things we would like to see/do:

Pike's Market
Space Needle & Chihuly Exhibit (Space Needle 10am-9:30pm, Chihuly 11am - 7:00pm)
King Tut Exhibit (10am - 6pm)
Seattle Underground Tour

PIKE PLACE Market, no 's.

Yes, it's doable but a lot will depend on when you can get tickets for Tut. (It opens today; I assume - but am not sure - that you'll be allocated a specific time slot when you buy tickets.)

If you're staying at the Inn, have breakfast at the market (by far the best time of day) then go down to Pioneer Square (free city bus on First Avenue) for the Underground Tour. (If you must - I think it's hokey and way over-rated, but its success says otherwise. Combined with the Chihuly show, the Space Needle and King Tut, you're in for a doggone expensive day.)

Then ride the bus back to Westlake Center and take the monorail to Seattle Center to visit the Chihuly exhibit. By then you should be ready for lunch, which you can have at the Space Needle. It's a minimum $25 pp lunch tab, but that includes the elevator and observation deck, which is $19 otherwise, so it makes lunch a decent deal. (The food is actually very good.)

That would then leave the rest of the afternoon for Tutting. Then monorail back to downtown.

Great plan gardyloo!
If you're worried about having enough time for the Chihuly and Tut exhibits, you could save the Space Needle for the end of the day. It stays light here until quite late.

If you are dining at ther Space Needle (Sky City Restaurant), I'd suggest you place online reservations...and be aware that the dinner required per person minimum is more than the lunch.
