Just Booked Tere Moana jan 5 2013 Panama cruise

I wasn't sure which Panama cruise to book- this or Windstar? I like the smaller ships. I heard this cruise is now sold out. I am a little apprehensive that it won't be ready since the refurbishments are to be completed in December 2012. But - I am excited- it seems like a wonderful itinerary- something to look forward to after the Holidays...
What is smoking policy on PG ships- I didn't see any info on their website- hopefully the less the better.
