Default Non-Refundable On Board Credit

I have a $200 Stockholder's OBC. Can you cash this out in the casino with a 3% fee like on Royal Caribbean? I've already bought shore excursions online and other than the specialty restaurant probably won't spend it all.

I may be wrong, but i do not believe you can use a shareholders OBC in the casino. Sorry

On our last Azamara cruises on both legs they very helpfully put notes through the door telling us the status of the onboard credit we had. The obc was non refundable, some obc we had been given with our booking was. It clearly stated the non refundable could not be withdrawn via the casino

It was also helpful that they did a follow up note a few days later re the burn out rate, in our case confirming the non refundable was used up and we were working through the other credit.

Thanks for your replies. I'll find something to spend it on (more nights in the specialty restaurants!)

Hi Jegoodman,

I double checked with Azamara, and was advised the OBC is not redeembale in the Casino. I hope this helps. Have a wonderful Cruise !
