Default Teens on cruises during May?

Thinking of taking the Freedom of the Seas in May 2013. My kids (12 & 15) love the teen programs. We've always gone in the summer when there are tons of kids. Are there kids in May when school is still in session?

There will always be some kids and possibly many college kids as school is out by then.

I would read the reviews from last year at the time you intend to travel and see what other people experienced at that time.

You will find kids year round as there are many that are home schooled or have different schedules than the regular ones. It also depends on when in May you are looking to go. Some schools are out by mid May while others are not out until the end of June.

I agree, read up on some reviews from this year in the timeframe you are looking to travel. May give you an idea of what to expect.

You will find plenty of kids in May. Schools get out all sort of times of the year.

We did a Mexico Riviera cruise about 5 years ago, during the second week of May when our kids got out of school. There were enough kids that they did not combine the different age groups within the kids clubs, so it must have been a good number.
