FLL alcohol sell time ?

What time does FLL area stores stop selling alcohol. We are coming in at 12:25am so buy the time we get on the road it will be after 1 am and was wondering if we would be able to stop at a sore to buy something to drink.

Wed: 9am - 10pm

Sat: 9am - 11pm
Sun: 12pm - 8pm

I believe the 24 hour gas stations sell beer around the clock. Royalcruz should be able to answer this. I once bought a 6 pack at 1 A.M. in a 7-11. Bob

This is our city ordinance:　
"Convenience stores, bottle clubs, package stores, vendors licensed under the state beverage laws to sell beer, wine or alcoholic beverages and any vendor not listed in Section 1 above may sell, serve or deliver or offer to sell, serve or deliver any beer, wine or alcoholic beverage, regardless of alcohol content, on any weekday or Saturday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight or any Sunday between 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight."
So it looks like selling alcohol after midnight is illegal.

Bob, I also think that convenience stores sell wine and beer after midnight, but this is the current ordinance, so I'm not sure they are allowed to.

Even on weekends Total Wine and Big Daddy's close at 10 PM though.

In Fort Lauderdale proper you can' get beer after midnight. Fort Lauderdale airport is actually in Hollywood, you can get beer at gas stations and the like, there are a few near the airport.

Remember Florida is an open container state, you can't drink a beer in a taxi or a towncar. You can drink in a limo if it has a closed compartment to the driver.

You might want to just wait to get into Miami, our liquor stores can be open 24 hours. You can just pop into a Walgreens and get beer.
