Question Port Everglades Terminal #18

Are Oasis and Allure the only ships using Terminal #18? I boarded the Liberty last January at a different Terminal while 18 sat empty.

I've seen other ships use terminal 18 when the Oasis/Allure aren't in port except one of the Voyager/Freedom class ships.
